Full Time Sales Negotiator
We have a full time opportunity for an experienced service and sales driven professional, with proven success in meeting and exceeding targets, to join our growing business. Candidates must be determined, enthusiastic and energetic. We require a proactive and organised individual who will be able to carry out tasks through to a successful conclusion and deal with opportunities as they arise. The successful candidate will be organised, well mannered, articulate and well presented with a self-belief and degree of resilience. You will have a strong work ethic, be punctual, hardworking and trustworthy with a clean driving licence and your own car. The role requires you to be first point of contact by telephone and in person to buyers and vendors and a key part of the role is developing good rapport with your clients. Your interpersonal skills, commitment to customer service and fulfilling clients’ needs are paramount in this role.
You will require the following to be considered for this role
Accuracy, numeracy and computer literacy
A team player with excellent organisational skills
A knowledge of property
Previous sales experience is essential
Previous estate agency experience is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in creating and maintaining relationships with clients

Please note that the hours will include every other Saturday morning 9am - 1pm. Please note that this is a full time position only - please do not apply if you are looking for a part time position.
